The Keysight (Agilent) E5250A Low Leakage Switch Mainframe supports automated test systems with up to 384 output channels, modular configurations, and low-current triaxial switching. It offers 20 fA resolution, 10 MHz bandwidth, and channel isolation of 10 teraohms. Compatible with E5252A matrix and E5255A multiplexer cards.
Designed for parametric and long-term reliability testing, the E5250A supports Kelvin and non-Kelvin configurations and integrates easily with Keysight EasyEXPERT software for automation.
