Keysight (Agilent) E5280B
The Keysight E5280B is a High Power Source / Measurement Unit (HPSMU), that works with the E5270B Parametric Measurement System Mainframe, 8-Slot.
The range of the E5280B is -200 V to 200 V with a measurement resolution of 2 µV, -1 A to 1 A with a measurement resolution of 10 fA.
