The Keysight (Agilent) N1265A Ultra High Current Expander Unit (UHCU) supports pulsed breakdown measurements up to 1500 A / 60 V with a peak power of 22.5 kW, or ±500 A / 60 V with 7.5 kW peak power, depending on the SMU configuration. Designed for use with the B1505A parameter analyzer, it requires integration with either the B1514A MCSMU or B1512A HCSMU for optimal performance.
