The Keysight (Agilent) N5250C PNA Millimeter-Wave Network Analyzer spans 10 MHz to 110 GHz in a single sweep via a 1.0 mm coaxial connector. It integrates the E8361C PNA network analyzer and N5260A controller, allowing direct bias through built-in bias-tees or optional test head biasing. Modules incorporate combiners and couplers to optimize port power with patented calibration for superior accuracy.
Ideal for waveguide and coaxial measurements, the N5250C offers data-based calibration, 25 dB attenuator on port 1, and up to 64 channels with 20,001 points per trace. Optional extensions push limits to 0.5 THz.
