The Keysight Advanced Power System (APS) N6954A DC power supply is ideal for automated test equipment (ATE) applications where high performance is critical. VersaPower uses cutting- edge technology to deliver industry-leading performance and innovative capabilities you don't typically find in a switching power supply design. Users can add optional capabilities to boost your test-system versatility. Now you can tune your power supply capability to meet your specific needs. The AC input on the back of the unit is a universal AC input. It accepts nominal line voltages in the range of 100 VAC to 240 VAC. The frequency can be 50 Hz, 60 Hz, or 400 Hz.
All Keysight N6954A DC power supplies come standard with GPIB (IEEE-488), LAN (LXI-Core), and USB remote programming interfaces. GPIB and LAN parameters can be set via the front panel. On the rear panel of every N6954A power supply is a digital control port that consists of seven I/O pins that provide access to various control functions. Each pin is user configurable. With the Keysight N6954A, users can achieve test speeds that are up to 100x faster than standard system power supplies, optimize test speed and ensure DUT safety with up/down programming speed as fast as 500 µs and reduce test complexity and protect your DUT with integrated smart triggering.
