The Keysight (Agilent) 16048B Test Leads extend the measurement port using a 4-Terminal Pair configuration and include an SMC male connector for custom test fixture integration.
Supporting DC to 30 MHz and ±40 V peak (AC + DC), the 16048B minimizes error through built-in correction features for stray capacitance, inductance, and resistance.
