It provides stable and repeatable measurements up to 3 GHz and accommodates a wide range of device sizes—from 1005 (mm)/0402 (inch) to 3225 (mm)/1210 (inch). With option 001, the fixture also supports smaller 0603 (mm)/0201 (inch) SMDs through an additional device guide set.
