The Keysight (Agilent) 16602A is a 102-channel logic analysis system with 1 slot mainframe, multi-window interface, setup assistant, and 100 MHz max state clock. It supports on-chip emulation, time-correlated views, and has a max timing rate of 125 MHz (250 MHz in half-channel mode).
It includes 64 KB memory/channel (128 KB half mode), 12-level trigger, 10 pattern recognizers, and connectivity through Ethernet and IEEE802.3 ports.
