The Keysight Technologies 16603A is a 68-channel logic analysis mainframe with one slot, a multi-window interface, and Setup Assistant for simplified configuration. It supports up to 100 MHz max state clock and 125 MHz conventional timing (250 MHz in half-channel mode), with a memory depth of 64 KB per channel (128 KB in half-channel mode).
Equipped with Ethernet and IEEE802.3 connectivity, the 16603A offers flexible programmability via X-Windows and advanced trigger sequencing up to 12 levels. It includes flying lead and probe cables as standard.
