The Keysight Technologies 1660C Logic Analyzer offers 136 state and timing channels with a high-speed analysis up to 500MHz on half channels. It includes setup/hold time from 3.5/0 ns to 0/3.5 ns, and memory depth of 4k on all or 8k on half channels. New CPU design supports PC-style inputs, HDD, printer interface, and optional Ethernet LAN.
Ideal for advanced logic testing, this analyzer detects glitches as small as 3.5ns and supports multiple timing modes including transitional and glitch analysis.
