The Keysight (Agilent) 1662AS Logic Analyzer offers 68 channels with up to 250 MHz conventional timing and 125 MHz transitional timing, extendable to 500 MHz and 250 MHz respectively in half-channel mode. With a 100 MHz state analysis rate and 4.5 ns setup/hold time, it supports deep diagnostics. It provides 4 KB memory per channel (8 KB in half-channel mode) and includes 12-level trigger sequencing, 10 pattern recognizers, 2 range recognizers, and 2 counter timers. Input impedance is 100 kΩ with 8 pF capacitance. The integrated oscilloscope delivers 250 MHz bandwidth with 1 GSa/s sample rate and 8000 pt/sec record length across 2 channels.
