The Keysight (Agilent) 1671G is a 102-channel benchtop logic analyzer offering 150 MHz state and 500 MHz timing performance. It features 64 K standard memory, expandable to 2 M with options. Option 003 adds a 2-channel, 500 MHz oscilloscope with 2 GSa/s and 32 K memory, while Option 004 includes a 32-channel pattern generator at 100M vectors/sec with 256K depth. A built-in 2 GB hard drive, DOS floppy, VGA color display, LAN interface (X-Windows), and GPIB/RS-232/Centronics ports enable seamless analysis and integration. The GUI includes 23 predefined trigger functions, ASCII export, and PCX/TIFF/EPS image support.
