The Keysight (Agilent) 16910A is a 102-channel logic analysis module offering 4 GHz timing zoom and 250 MHz state analysis. It includes 64 K memory, 1.0 GHz/500 MHz conventional timing with deep memory, and supports automated threshold/sample setup for accurate high-speed bus measurements.
This module delivers transitional timing up to 500 MHz, state clock rates up to 450 MHz, and data rates up to 500 Mb/s. Simultaneous eye diagrams on all channels assist in signal integrity analysis.
