The Keysight (Agilent) 16911A is a 68-channel logic analysis module offering 4 GHz timing analysis with 250 ps resolution and up to 32M acquisition memory. It provides 1.0 GHz/500 MHz conventional timing and 500 MHz transitional timing for in-depth analysis. The state mode supports clock rates up to 450 MHz and data rates to 500 Mb/s with automated threshold and sampling setups. Eye diagrams on all channels speed up debugging of signal issues.
