The Keysight (Agilent) 16950B Logic Analyzer Module features 4 GHz timing zoom, 1.2 GHz conventional timing, and 667 MHz state analysis. It supports 68 channels per module, expandable to 340, and integrates adjustable thresholds from -3 V to 5 V in 10 mV steps.
Compatible with 16900 Series and 90-pin logic probes, it enables deep memory timing and simultaneous eye diagram analysis for precise digital debugging.
