The Keysight (Agilent) 3325A Synthesizer / Function Generator delivers precise frequency generation with sine outputs from 1 µHz to 21 MHz, square waves up to 11 MHz, and triangle or ramp outputs to 11 kHz. With 1 Hz resolution below 100 kHz and 1 MHz above, the 11-digit display ensures exact frequency setting. It offers linear/log sweep, external AM and phase modulation, and programmable phase offset when paired with another 3325A. HP-IB programmability and ten front-panel storage registers make it an excellent fit for ATE systems. The output ranges from 1 mV to 10 V p-p into 50 ohms, with a standard aging rate of ±5×10⁻⁶/year.
It includes advanced options: Option 001 delivers high stability with an aging rate of 5×10⁻⁸/week; Option 002 provides high voltage output from 4 mVp-p to 40 Vp-p within 1 µHz to 1 MHz, enhancing versatility for demanding test setups.
