The Keysight (Agilent) 339A Distortion Measurement Set is a complete system integrating a Total Harmonic Distortion Analyzer, True RMS Voltmeter, and Sine Wave Oscillator. It measures THD as low as 0.0018% across a 10 Hz to 110 kHz band, including harmonics up to 330 kHz. The distortion range spans 0.01% to 100% full scale (-80 dB to 0 dB) across nine ranges. Its oscillator operates from 10 Hz to 100 kHz over four overlapping decades, delivering outputs from <1 mV to >3 V RMS into 600 ohms with 10 dB/step level control and vernier adjustment. The voltmeter covers 1 mV to 300 V RMS full scale (-60 dB to +50 dB), calibrated in dBV and dBm into 600 ohms.
