The Keysight 3717A is a portable test modem for 70 MHz IF microwave radio link systems, enabling BB-BB measurements. It supports video and telephony with dual BB inputs/outputs, variable gain, AGC system, and optional balanced BB I/O with HP-IB. Its frequency range spans 50 Hz to 80 MHz with high fidelity and accuracy.
It offers modulator/demodulator functions, built-in 15 dB attenuator, and selectable pre-/de-emphasis networks via front panel or HP-IB. Ideal for system diagnostics and setup.
