The Keysight (Agilent) OmniBER 717C is a portable, multi-rate communications performance analyzer supporting up to 622 Mb/s for hybrid PDH/SDH/SONET and ATM network testing. It performs BER and jitter analysis across optical and electrical interfaces with SONET/SDH dual-standard support.
