The Keysight (Agilent) 37719B OmniBER 719 is a portable multi-rate BER and jitter tester supporting SONET, ATM, and POS at rates up to 622 Mb/s. It enables OC-12, OC-3, OC-1, and STS-level testing with upgrade potential to OC-48. Equipped with jitter testing per GR-253, ITU-T, and optical power measurement, it also includes overhead sequence control and full pointer generation to Telcordia standards.
Ideal for testing network equipment and subassemblies, it features concatenated payloads, protection switching time measurement, and thru-mode operation for SONET ring turn-up.
