The Keysight (Agilent) 37719C OmniBER 719 is a portable, multi-rate communications performance analyzer supporting BER and jitter testing up to 155 Mb/s (OC-3). Designed for SONET, ATM, and POS applications, it offers OC-3c, OC-3, OC-1, STS-3, STS-3c, and STS-1 testing, with upgrade paths to OC-12 and OC-48. Features include optical power measurement, protection switching time analysis, and full pointer/jitter compliance to Telcordia and ITU-T standards.
