The Keysight (Agilent) 423A is a 50Ω crystal detector designed for coaxial system measurements, converting RF power into proportional DC voltage. It supports a frequency range from 10 MHz to 12.4 GHz, measures relative power up to 100 mW, and includes a BNC female output. The output impedance is below 15 kΩ and provides negative voltage by default unless Option 003 is selected.
