The Keysight (Agilent) 4263B LCR Meter is a cost-effective solution for accurate component testing in both production and benchtop environments. It supports test frequencies of 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, and 100 kHz (expandable to 20 kHz with Option 002) and delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1%. The AC test signal level is adjustable from 20 mV to 1 Vrms in 5 mV steps. High-speed measurement capability of 25 ms and a built-in test signal level monitor enhance efficiency and repeatability.
With transformer parameter measurements (Option 001), high-speed contact checks, and a wide capacitance test range, the 4263B is suitable for both general impedance testing and dedicated transformer analysis.
