The Keysight (Agilent) 4338A Digital Milliohmmeter is a precision instrument designed for accurate, low-resistance measurements across a broad range. It supports auto/manual ranging with a 1 kHz test frequency and selectable signal levels from 1 µA to 10 mA rms. Limiting voltage to 20 mV peak across samples, it offers wide measurement ranges: resistance and impedance from 10 µΩ to 100 kΩ, inductance from 10 nH to 10 H, and phase from -180° to +180°. It measures R, L, X, |Z|, Ø, R-X, R-L, and |Z|-Ø. Featuring HP-IB and handler interfaces, it operates on 90–132/198–264 Vac at 47–66 Hz, and weighs 10 lb.
