The Keysight (Agilent) 4396A RF Network/Spectrum Analyzer offers precision RF vector network and spectrum measurements ranging from 100 kHz to 1.8 GHz with 1 mHz resolution. It integrates a synthesized source delivering -60 to +20 dBm output with 0.1 dB resolution, and provides dynamic magnitude accuracy of ±0.05 dB and phase accuracy of ±0.3°. Sensitivity reaches -150 dBm/Hz, while spectrum analysis accuracy is ±1.0 dB.
Supporting both vector network and spectrum analysis, the 4396A includes features like time-gated analysis, a color CRT, and built-in RAM disk. Optional impedance analysis and automation via HP BASIC are also available.
