The Keysight (Agilent) 4957A Protocol Analyzer is a portable, rugged tool for monitoring, decoding, simulating, and bit error rate testing (BERT) of major protocols and interfaces up to 64 Kb/s. Optional configurations support up to 256 Kb/s with monitor-only capture (Option 001), Katakana character sets with high-speed protocol decoding (Option 004), and BRI interface simulation at S & T reference points (Option 109). Designed for versatility in the field, it simplifies the analysis of both asynchronous and bit-oriented protocols.
