It provides 10-digit/second resolution and supports measurements including frequency, frequency ratio (with Option 015), period, and peak voltage. Built-in analysis features include automatic limit testing, scaling, offset, and full statistical functions (min, max, mean, standard deviation). Connectivity is provided via GPIB (SCPI-compliant) and talk-only RS-232, with a data rate of 200 measurements/second.
