The Keysight (Agilent) 54600A is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope with a 100 MHz bandwidth, designed for high-speed signal analysis in analog and digital environments. It offers 20 MSa/s single-shot and up to 10 GSa/s repetitive sampling rates, with an 8-bit resolution and 4,000-point record length. Vertical bandwidth for both channels spans DC to 100 MHz (AC coupled: 10 Hz–100 MHz), with single-shot capability up to 2 MHz. Sweep speeds range from 5 s/div to 2 ns/div, delivering a display update rate of 1.5 million points/sec.
