The Keysight (Agilent) 54602 oscilloscope offers 4-channel (2+2) analog/digital waveform analysis with a 150 MHz bandwidth and 1 mV/div vertical sensitivity. It provides rise times of 2.33 ns on channels 1–2 and 1.4 ns on 3–4.
This model supports single-shot sampling up to 20 MS/s and repetitive rates up to 10 GS/s, refreshing at 1.5 million points/sec with a 2048‑point memory and GPIB/RS‑232 control for real-time vector display.
