The Keysight (Agilent) 54645D is a 100 MHz mixed signal oscilloscope with 200 MSa/s sampling and integrated logic analysis, ideal for embedded systems and mixed-signal debugging. It features 1 MB memory per scope channel, 16 logic channels (400 MSa/s on 8 channels, 200 MSa/s on all 16), and 2 MB of memory per logic channel. MegaZoom technology provides deep memory capture with a highly responsive display. Optional features include magnetic shielding (001), display shield (002), enhanced TV/video triggering (005), and various accessories and software.
