The Keysight (Agilent) 54855A Infiniium Oscilloscope delivers high-performance signal capture with 7 GHz typical bandwidth and 20 GSa/s sample rate on all four channels simultaneously, ensuring accurate and repeatable real-time measurements. Designed to minimize signal aliasing and distortion, it features industry-leading trigger jitter as low as 1.0 ps rms and supports demanding probing with the InfiniiMax 1134A probe and E2668A/E2669A kits (sold separately).
This model supports up to 1 Mpts MegaZoom memory at full sample rates, and up to 32 Mpts at lower speeds, with a guaranteed 6 GHz hardware bandwidth and enhanced bandwidth via Option-008. Ideal for high-speed digital and RF signal testing, it combines raw performance with deep memory and mechanical flexibility.
