It features voltage programming accuracy of ±0.25% (+400 mV) and current accuracy of ±0.3% (+63 mA). Ripple and noise are tightly regulated at 50 mV RMS (voltage) and 50 mA RMS (current). Readback accuracy reaches ±0.5% (+200 mV) for voltage and ±0.5% (+50 mA) for current, ensuring dependable performance in high-voltage environments.
