The Keysight (Agilent) 6516A features a three-decade thumbwheel switch and vernier for precise voltage output control with 1.0 V resolution. It delivers up to 3000V at 6 mA, providing 18W power output. Designed with fixed current-limit at 8 mA, it is protected against reverse voltage and allows flexible grounding options, operable floating up to 1000V above ground. Load and line regulation is maintained at 0.01% + 16 mV with excellent temperature and stability metrics.
Ideal for high-voltage, low-current applications, the 6516A includes a 4-digit meter (0–3500V) and supports both bench and rack-mounted configurations with accessory kits.
