The Keysight (Agilent) 6626A is a quad-output precision power supply offering 25W or 50W outputs, each with dual voltage/current ranges for flexible configuration. With fast programming speed, active down-programmer, and SCPI command support, it enables high-efficiency test automation. Each output delivers up to 50V and 2A, with voltage programming accuracy as low as 1.5 mV + 0.016% and current accuracy down to 15 µA + 0.04%. Ripple is held to just 500 µV RMS and 0.1 mA RMS, ensuring ultra-stable performance. Outputs are isolated and can be paralleled or connected in series.
Ideal for R&D labs and automated test systems, the 6626A conserves rack space and GPIB addresses while ensuring precise prototype bias power and protection with fast CV/CC crossover.
