The Keysight (Agilent) 778D is a coaxial dual-directional coupler engineered for swept RF measurements from 100 MHz to 2 GHz. With high directivity (>36 dB to 1 GHz) and ±0.5 dB mean coupling accuracy, it is ideal for reflectometer applications. Its closely tracking auxiliary arms enhance measurement precision, especially when paired with sweep oscillators. The coupler features nominal 20 ±1.5 dB coupling, maximum SWR of 1.1, and supports power ratings up to 50 W average and 500 W peak, ensuring minimal insertion loss across the band.
