The Keysight (Agilent) 81104A Pulse Pattern Generator operates up to 80 MHz and supports one or two 81105A output modules for single‑/dual‑channel operation. It enhances the 81101A’s performance with RZ/NRZ pattern generation up to 16 kbit per channel and includes a selectable NRZ strobe channel for flexible triggering or as a secondary pattern source. Channel‑add and 1000 Ω source modes handle up to 60 MHz, with combined speeds near 15 MHz.
Designed for advanced testing, it offers pulse, burst, and pattern modes with variable transition times and BNC single‑ended outputs—perfect for glitch simulation, clock‑recovery circuit testing, or creating 3‑ or 4‑level code patterns.
