The Keysight (Agilent) 81150A is a high-precision pulse function arbitrary noise generator offering pulse generation from 1µHz to 120 MHz with variable rise/fall times, sine output up to 240 MHz, and 14-bit, 2 GSa/s arbitrary waveform capabilities. It features 512k samples per channel, long signal repetition times up to 26 days, and modulation types including FM, AM, PW, PWM, and FSK up to 10 MHz. Optional bit-shaped pattern generation enables up to 120 Mbit/s with ideal or distorted patterns.
Designed for reproducible testing and in-depth problem identification, the 81150A supports noise with selectable crest factors, differential outputs, and waveform creation/editing with 33503A software for flexibility in testing environments.
