The Keysight (Agilent) 8115A is a dual-channel, fully programmable 50 MHz pulse generator, capable of delivering pulse trains with up to 32 Vp-p into high impedance. It offers variable transitions from 6.5 ns to 95 ms, and independently programmable output levels and amplitudes per channel.
Ideal for both ATE systems and bench-top applications, the 8115A operates over a broad 0°C to 55°C range, with enhanced precision in 20°C to 30°C conditions, simulating multilevel data and clock signals.
