Covering 10 MHz to 50 GHz with indirect synthesis, it ensures harmonics remain -50 dBc below carrier up to 26.5 GHz, and -40 dBc beyond. Featuring +10 dBm output power and modulation capabilities, it's ideal for precision RF applications.
Ideal for demanding analog sweep applications, the 83650B includes pulse, amplitude, and frequency modulation options, with step attenuator output as low as -110 dBm.
