The Keysight (Agilent) 83650L is a synthesized swept CW generator designed for precision and high performance in demanding test environments. It features a +2.5 dBm calibrated output power, harmonics of -50 dBc typical below 26.5 GHz, and an SSB phase noise better than -80 dBc at 10 GHz with a 10 kHz offset. It includes a complete analog sweeper and a step attenuator that provides output power down to -110 dBm.
