The Keysight (Agilent) 84904K is a high-performance programmable step attenuator supporting coaxial measurements up to 26.5 GHz. It offers 0–11 dB attenuation in 1-dB steps, with less than 2 dB insertion loss at maximum frequency. It features a 3.5 mm connector and excellent repeatability better than 0.03 dB over more than 5 million cycles per section. Its compact design, 35% smaller than comparable models, enables seamless integration into ATE systems.
This attenuator ensures accurate attenuation with low SWR and robust performance under high RF power, making it ideal for demanding RF environments. Frequency range spans DC to 26.5 GHz, with a maximum SWR of 1.7 at the top end.
