Agilent Keysight 85644AThe Agilent 85644A and 85645A tracking sources allow the Spectrum Analysers to make high-performance scalar network analysis measurements at up to 6.5 or 26.5 GHz frequencies. For RF testing, the 85640A tracking generator and the optional built-in tracking generator for the 8560E will both cover 300 kHz to 2.9 GHz. The 85644A Tracking Generator can be used with any of the following spectrum Analysers:

8560E Series portable spectrum Analysers

8566A/B spectrum Analysers

8590E Series portable spectrum Analysers

8340A/B synthesized sweepers

8350B Series sweep oscillators

The 85644A Tracking Generator, combined with a host spectrum Analyser, allows you to measure the swept amplitude response of a device, such as an amplier or a filter. These measurements have the advantage of high dynamic range and speed. In addition, since the spectrum Analyser is a tuned receiver, measurements are not affected by spurious signals or harmonics.
