The Keysight (Agilent) 86117A offers two 50 GHz electrical channels with selectable 30 GHz and 50 GHz bandwidth, using 2.4 mm male connectors and factory-installed 3.5 mm female-female connector savers for flexible connectivity.
Ideal for 40 Gb/s signal testing, it features characteristic rms noise of 0.4 mV at 30 GHz BW and 0.6 mV at 50 GHz BW, with ±2 Vdc max input compatibility.
