The Keysight (Agilent) 8970A Noise Figure Meter offers streamlined, microprocessor-controlled noise figure and gain measurements across 10 MHz to at least 26.5 GHz (with external LO). Capable of handling IFs from 10 to 1500 MHz, it automates corrections and calculations for high accuracy. It features storage of ENR calibration tables with automatic frequency interpolation, and provides calibrated readouts on scope or recorder. Special function modes enhance test flexibility, and simultaneous display of noise figure and gain simplifies interpretation for RF and microwave measurements.
