The Keysight (Agilent) B2900A Series Source/Measure Unit (SMU) offers precision I–V characterization with dual/single-channel options delivering ±210 V, ±3 A DC/±10.5 A pulsed, and resolutions down to 10 fA/100 nV.
It includes integrated sweep, pulse, and waveform generation, GUI-based control, and supports USB, LAN, GPIB, and digital I/O interfaces, with sampling speeds up to 50,000 points/sec.
