The Keysight (Agilent) E1326B is a 5.5-digit autoranging multimeter in a 2-slot, B-size VXI module format. It supports DCV, ACV, 2- and 4-wire Ohm, and temperature functions, including Thermocouples, Thermistors, and RTDs. Capable of both low-noise integrating A/D and 13 kHz high-speed sampling A/D, it enables flexible and precise data acquisition in computer-aided test setups.
It operates with balanced differential isolated inputs and supports SCPI programming for integrated multiplexer control. Ideal for multichannel measurements when paired with VXI relay or FET multiplexers.
