The Keysight (Agilent) E1347A General-Purpose Reed Relay Multiplexer is a B-size, 1-slot VXI module that switches 16 high, low, and guard channels each with low thermal offset performance and thermocouple compensation.
Compatible with E1326B or E1411B DMMs, it enables automatic scanning and measurement of voltage, current, and thermocouples with cold junction compensation.
