The Keysight (Agilent) E1413A is a 64-channel high-speed scanning analog-to-digital converter in a single-width VXIbus module, capable of scanning 100,000 samples per second with auto-ranging and per-channel signal conditioning.
It features onboard calibration sources, support for up to eight SCPs, and IEEE 754 32-bit floating-point output in both engineering units and input voltage format.
