The Keysight (Agilent) E4861A is a versatile analyzer module, designed to fit in one VXI slot and accommodate two plug-in cards. It supports data rates up to 2.7 Gb/s with differential and single-ended I/O. This module provides pseudo random word sequences (PRWS), PRBS patterns, and memory-based pattern generation up to 64 Mb, ideal for advanced signal analysis and generation.
Key specifications include 50 ohm input impedance, 50mV sensitivity, and input voltage range of -2V to +3V. Transition time is 90ps, with jitter below 50ps (data) and 5ps RMS (clock).
