The Keysight (Agilent) E4863A is a 2.67 Gb/s Front-End Analyzer Module designed for the 81200/81250 ParBERT System, offering advanced signal integrity testing for differential and single-ended inputs. Supporting data rates from 333 Mb/s to 2.7 Gb/s, it provides precise impedance matching at 50 ohms, input sensitivity of 50mV, and a wide voltage range of -2V to +3V.
Ideal for analyzing PRWS and standard PRBS patterns up to 231-1, it supports memory-based patterns up to 64 Mb. Versatile for telecom, medical, and engineering test applications.
